Долгое время бизнес строился на простой формуле: высокая зарплата = высокая мотивация. Однако современные исследования показывают, что финансовое вознаграждение уже не является главным фактором, влияющим на вовлеченность и продуктивность персонала. Компании, полагающиеся исключительно на материальную мотивацию, сталкиваются с низкой лояльностью сотрудников, выгоранием и высокой текучестью кадров. Почему зарплата уже не мотивирует?

Финансовая мотивация важна, но только в сочетании с другими инструментами. Компании, которые используют комплексный подход, получают более вовлеченных и лояльных сотрудников.

1. Признание и благодарность  

Люди хотят, чтобы их труд ценили. Причем важно не только формальное признание (премии, бонусы), но и личные слова благодарности. Простая фраза «Отличная работа!» от руководителя может быть мощным стимулом.
